Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of SyncFutures' cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform (the "Service"). This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Service. By using SyncFutures, you agree to comply with this AUP.

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, at SyncFutures' sole discretion.

1. Permitted Uses

SyncFutures is designed for legitimate trading automation and synchronization activities. You may use the Service to:

Synchronize trades across multiple personal trading accounts
Automate execution of your own trading strategies
Manage risk across multiple accounts in compliance with broker terms
Integrate with supported third-party platforms (TradingView, brokers)
Access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes

All use must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of your brokerage providers.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following prohibited activities:

Illegal or Fraudulent Activities

Market manipulation, including pump-and-dump schemes or wash trading
Insider trading or trading on material non-public information
Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
Violation of securities laws, commodities regulations, or financial regulations
Tax evasion or structuring transactions to avoid reporting requirements
Operating without required licenses or registrations in your jurisdiction

Technical Abuse

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code
Introducing viruses, malware, or malicious code
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
Overloading or attacking our servers or infrastructure
Creating multiple accounts to evade limits or restrictions
Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service

Misuse of Service

Managing accounts that you don't own or lack authority to trade
Providing investment advice or managing money for others without proper licensing
Operating a trading service or signal provider using our platform
Sharing your account credentials or API keys with unauthorized third parties
Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
Using the Service in a manner that violates your broker's terms of service

Harmful or Abusive Conduct

Harassment, threats, or abuse directed at SyncFutures staff or other users
Impersonating SyncFutures, our employees, or other users
Publishing false or misleading information about the Service
Interfering with other users' access to or use of the Service
Engaging in any conduct that could damage SyncFutures' reputation

3. Content and Data Standards

User-Generated Content

Any data, configurations, or content you upload to the Service must:

Be accurate and not misleading
Not contain malicious code or harmful instructions
Not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws

API Usage

When connecting third-party APIs:

Only provide API keys for accounts you own or have explicit authorization to use
Ensure API keys have appropriate permissions (read-only when possible)
Regularly monitor and rotate your API keys as recommended by your broker
Immediately revoke API access if you suspect unauthorized use

4. Rate Limits and Resource Usage

To ensure fair access and optimal performance for all users:

Respect all published rate limits and usage quotas
Do not attempt to circumvent throttling or usage controls
Use the Service efficiently and avoid unnecessary resource consumption
Contact support if you need higher limits for legitimate business purposes

5. Compliance with Third-Party Terms

Your use of SyncFutures must comply with the terms of service of all connected third-party services, including but not limited to:

Your brokerage firms (Tradovate, NinjaTrader, etc.)
TradingView (for Automator functionality)
Any other integrated services or platforms

Violations of third-party terms may result in termination of your SyncFutures account.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this AUP, please report them to us immediately:

Include relevant details and evidence of the violation

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reports may be made anonymously, and we protect the identity of reporters to the extent permitted by law.

7. Enforcement and Consequences

Investigation Process

Upon receiving reports or detecting potential violations, we may:

Investigate the alleged violation
Request additional information from you
Temporarily suspend access pending investigation
Review account activity and usage patterns

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity and nature of violations, we may:

Issue warnings and require corrective action
Temporarily suspend account access
Permanently terminate your account
Report violations to relevant authorities
Pursue legal action for damages

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, technology, or legal requirements. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
