Bulenox Trade Copier: How to Set Up SyncFutures on Rithmic
Step-by-step guide to connecting your Bulenox funded and qualification accounts to SyncFutures via Rithmic — including what to know about fees and the same-user-ID rule before you start.

Bulenox runs exclusively on Rithmic. If you're managing multiple Bulenox accounts and want fills to copy automatically from one to the others, connecting via Rithmic credentials is the only path. SyncFutures supports Rithmic natively, so the integration is direct.
Before walking through the setup, there are two things worth knowing up front: Bulenox charges a separate fee for third-party trading software, and all your Bulenox accounts share a single Rithmic user ID, which matters for how you configure the connection.
What You Need Before Starting
Bulenox's Third-Party API Fee
Bulenox requires a $100/month fee to use third-party automated trading tools, including trade copiers. This is separate from your SyncFutures subscription and paid directly to Bulenox. The fee applies regardless of how many accounts you're copying to.
Log in to your Bulenox member portal and confirm this access is activated before trying to connect. Without it, the Rithmic credentials will authenticate but the accounts may not operate correctly under a copier.
The Same Rithmic User ID Rule
All your Bulenox accounts operate under the same Rithmic user ID. Bulenox's terms prohibit connecting accounts with different Rithmic user IDs under the same profile — doing so risks account deletion. For a standard copy setup (master + one or more slaves all under your Bulenox accounts), this isn't an issue. All your accounts are already linked under one user.
Trading Hours
Bulenox's trading day runs 5:00 PM to 4:00 PM CT the following day (the standard CME Globex session). All positions must be closed by 15:59 CT. Copy rules should be deactivated or your accounts should be flat before that cutoff.
Which Account Types Work?
Bulenox allows trade copiers on both Qualification accounts (evaluation) and Master accounts (funded). The $100/month fee applies either way.
You can run a Qualification account as a master and copy to other Qualification or Master accounts, or run a Master account as the master. The choice depends on how you're structured — most traders use their main active account (or a designated master) as the source.
How to Connect Bulenox to SyncFutures
Step 1: Locate Your Rithmic Credentials
In your Bulenox member portal, find:
- Username — your Rithmic username
- Password — your Rithmic password
- System name — the Rithmic system string assigned to your Bulenox accounts
The system name is account-specific and visible in your Bulenox portal. Do not assume the exact string — check it directly, as it can vary by account setup.
Step 2: Add a Rithmic Connection in SyncFutures
- Open SyncFutures on web or the mobile app and go to the Accounts page
- Tap or click Add connection and select Rithmic
- Enter your Rithmic username, password, and system name
- SyncFutures will authenticate and load the accounts linked to those credentials
Repeat this step for each additional Bulenox account you want to connect (remembering that they all use the same Rithmic user ID — you're adding them as separate account entries under the same credentials).
Step 3: Set Up a Copy Rule
Once your accounts appear in SyncFutures:
- Go to Copy Rules and click Add Rule
- Select the master account (the account you're trading from)
- Select one or more slave accounts (the accounts receiving the copied fills)
- Choose the contract — for example, ES, NQ, MES, MNQ, CL. Copy rules in SyncFutures are pinned to a specific contract symbol, not to an instrument class. If you're trading multiple contracts, you'll need a separate rule for each.
- Set a quantity multiplier if needed (0.1x to 100x per rule) to scale copied position sizes
- Save and activate the rule
The next fill on the master account will copy automatically to all connected slave accounts.
What SyncFutures Does and Doesn't Do
SyncFutures copies fills. It does not enforce Bulenox drawdown rules, auto-flatten at a loss threshold, or take any action on your behalf related to prop firm compliance. The daily and weekly loss limits in SyncFutures are informational journal goals — they display in your dashboard as a reference, but nothing automated triggers when you hit them.
Managing your Bulenox rules (max contracts, drawdown limits, daily loss, end-of-day close) is your responsibility. SyncFutures is the tool that lets you execute across multiple accounts simultaneously — the trading decisions and compliance remain yours.
Can I Copy Between Bulenox and Other Brokers?
Yes. SyncFutures supports cross-broker copying, so your master and slave accounts don't have to be on the same broker. You could run a Bulenox (Rithmic) account as the master and copy to a Tradovate or TopstepX (ProjectX) account as the slave — or the reverse.
See the cross-broker copy trading guide for how the master/slave setup works across different brokers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use SyncFutures on a Bulenox evaluation (Qualification) account?
Yes. Bulenox allows trade copiers on Qualification accounts, subject to the same $100/month third-party API fee.
How many Bulenox accounts can I copy to at once?
As many as your SyncFutures plan allows. The Starter plan covers 3 broker connections (one master + two slaves, or other combinations), Professional covers 5, and Ultimate supports unlimited connections. See pricing.
Will using a copier cause any lag on my fills?
SyncFutures processes copy fills in real time. There is an inherent propagation delay — the slave fill does not execute at the exact same tick as the master. This is true of any copy trading system and is not specific to SyncFutures or Rithmic.
Does SyncFutures have a mobile app?
Yes. The SyncFutures mobile app is available on iOS and Android. You can monitor accounts, review the journal, and one-tap flatten from your phone.
Does the quarterly futures rollover affect my copy rules?
Yes — copy rules are pinned to a specific contract symbol. When front-month contracts roll (ES, NQ, CL, etc.), rules pointed at the expiring contract go silent. Update the contract symbol on each rule before or just after the roll. See the quarterly rollover guide for the checklist.
Getting Started
SyncFutures offers a 7-day free trial. The Starter plan at $39/mo covers 3 connections, which is enough for most Bulenox traders running two or three accounts.
